Bartender – The Country Club (Saint John Boardwalk)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for energetic and skilled Bartenders/Server to craft exceptional drinks and provide top-notch hospitality. In this role, you’ll mix cocktails, serve beverages and food, and create a warm, engaging experience for every guest—all while keeping the bar running smoothly in a lively, music-filled atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and take drink/food orders.
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards.
Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure accurate transactions by handling cash and operating POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar,



including counters, equipment, and workstations.
Restock and rotate beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies throughout shifts.
Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service laws and safety standards.
Work with servers and barbacks to ensure seamless and productive service.
Assist with event service, special promotions, and other bar-related tasks as needed.
Deliver memorable hospitality by engaging with guests and creating a lively, fun atmosphere.
