We're hiring on two tracks:

EXPERIENCED INSTALLER (contract / piece-work)

If you've installed vinyl deck membrane before (Deksmart, Duradek, or similar), we want to talk. Paid by the square foot, steady volume, work with a crew that respects the trade.

TRAINEE (entry-level)

No experience required — we'll train you from zero. What we need:
Willingness to learn a specialty trade properly
Minimum 1-year commitment if we're investing in your training
Solid work ethic and genuine attention to detail
Reliable and on time





Real career path with growth into lead hand and project oversight roles within our 5-location network across BC and Alberta.

Reliable transportation
Comfortable with physical work in all weather
Valid driver's license
Trainees: 1-year minimum commitment
