We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic(Millwright) to join our client's manufacturing team near Winnipeg, MB location.

Pay - $45-$47/hr

Shift - Rotational

Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, gearboxes, and production machinery.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes of equipment failures.
Install and align machinery and equipment according to specifications.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Replace defective machine components and perform equipment adjustments as required.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.




Maintain accurate maintenance records and report recurring equipment issues.
Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrade initiatives.

Qualifications:
Valid Industrial Mechanic / Millwright certification, equivalent trade qualification, or registered apprenticeship in a related mechanical trade
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and industrial machinery.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems efficiently.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
Solid problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as required
