Tri-West Security is looking for qualified individuals who are able to work in a quick paced workplace, handle high-stress situations and have a fundamental understanding of monitoring systems. The following traits and skills are what we are seeking;
Ability to handle high stress and active situations calmly and professionally.
Be able to work as part of a team and also independently.
Have knowledge of CCTV camera systems and/or app based camera systems such as Axis or Ring cameras.
Be able to type at least 50 wpm for data entry purposes and have knowledge of Google docs, Excel, etc
Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving skills for active situations as they arise.
Must have knowledge of how tablet and computer functions work and demonstrate use of multiple apps.

Candidates will be expected to learn and maintain all procedures and policies.



Frequent job performance reviews will be conducted to ensure all dispatchers are retaining all aspects needed for the position.

Full benefits are provided after a 3 month probation period. Schedule works on a 4 on 4 off rotation. Coffee is supplied for all dispatchers.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
