Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join our vibrant bakery team. Duties
Assist in preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Decorate cakes and desserts using cake decorating techniques to ensure appealing presentation.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Package baked items efficiently for retail display or customer orders.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and baking areas, adhering to food safety standards.
Support the team with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with selections when needed.




Ensure all products meet quality standards before they are displayed or sold.

Qualifications
Prior experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating is a plus.
Experience with food preparation, cooking, and food handling is desirable.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry is advantageous.
