Responsibilities

Experience
Previous construction experience with a focus on surface preparation or painting projects
Knowledge of restoration processes and techniques within construction environments
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, rigging, and carpentry tasks
Familiarity with construction painting methods across commercial, and industrial settings
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently on multiple projects
