We are seeking a energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth across various retail and technology environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Multilingual abilities and technical sales experience are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and expand our market reach.

Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and perks to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette when interacting with clients both in person and over the phone




Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing promotional events or displays
Demonstrate organizational skills by managing time effectively across multiple tasks and responsibilities

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, especially in automotive or product demonstrations, is preferred
Sales experience or familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., English plus another language) are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
Experience in merchandising, cashiering, or cash handling enhances effectiveness in the role
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential
Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: From $35,200.00 per year
