Family Braces is currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our orthodontic team as a Records Technician.

This position is ideal for an RDA who enjoys patient interaction, digital technology, photography, and creating an exceptional patient experience. No orthodontic experience is required. We provide a comprehensive training program and are looking for long-term team members who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

Schedule
Up to 5 days per week
8.5-hour shifts
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Welcome and prepare patients for records appointments
Take orthodontic photographs, x-rays, and digital scans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure records are complete and organized for treatment planning
Assist with sterilization and clinical support as required
Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
Work closely with orthodontists and other team members
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant in good standing with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants




Strong communication and customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable working with computers and digital technology
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Orthodontic experience is an asset but is not required
