Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, possess robust communication skills, and be knowledgeable in food service operations. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in accordance with health regulations
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas before, during, and after service
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements
Previous experience bartending preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems
Solid customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
Experience with food handling, serving, and food preparation is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
