Our Client, takes pride in supplying new and used field, harvesting, and processing equipment for crop growers in the Exeter, Ontario area.

They are a well-established, locally-owned dealer with 30+ years of market leadership, representing premier brands including AGCO tractors, combines, and planters.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage assigned sales territory, acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
Provide consultative, technical sales solutions for agricultural equipment
Build long-term customer partnerships through exceptional service
Stay current on industry innovations through vendor meetings and specialized training
Generate quotes, process orders, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge

Requirements:
3+ years of consultative sales experience
2+ years in agricultural sales or customer service
Agricultural equipment experience (AGCO products preferred)
Solid understanding of farming operations and modern equipment
Post-secondary education in agriculture or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
