Responsibilities:
Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as a cashier
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt and efficient service to guests
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Create a hospitable and welcoming workplace for guests
Handle food safely and follow proper food-handling procedures
Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area
Ensuring food and beverage quality is to the highest standard
Must be available to work weekends
Energetic and personable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting

Skills:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences




Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill calculations
