The Role
Support the Store Manager with daily operations
Lead, motivate, and support the team
Deliver exceptional customer service
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Assist with training and onboarding
Support merchandising and inventory
Handle opening and closing procedures

What You Bring
1–2 years of retail sales or leadership experience
Robust communication and leadership skills
Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude
