Wildscape Landscaping is looking for an experienced Hardscape Specialist to join our growing team. If you're confident operating equipment, enjoy building with precision, and want to work with a team that values craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Safely and confidently operate excavators, skid steers, compactors, and other landscape equipment
Build retaining walls, patios, walkways, stairs, and other hardscape features to a high standard
Install irrigation systems and assist with landscape construction projects
Read plans and layouts to ensure projects are completed accurately
Coordinate daily tasks and help keep projects running efficiently and on schedule
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected job site
Work closely with the crew to deliver exceptional results for our clients

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in landscape construction or hardscaping
Experience operating excavators and other landscape equipment




Strong knowledge of retaining wall and patio construction techniques
Ability to work independently and lead by example on site
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid Class 5 driver's licence (air brakes or trailer experience is an asset)
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship
