We are currently looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient inventory control across multiple warehouse locations.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouse locations using SAP ERP, WMS, RF scanners, and other inventory management systems.
Perform daily, monthly, and annual cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and complete inventory reconciliations and adjustments.
Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory, customer returns, and outbound shipments while ensuring accurate documentation.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment and inter-warehouse transfers, and support inventory planning.
Audit warehouse operations, including picking, put-away, and stock rotation, ensuring FIFO and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve inventory issues, damages, and customer claims while maintaining GMP and HACCP standards.
Maintain warehouse master data, storage locations, and inventory records to improve operational efficiency.
Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklift, reach truck, order picker, and pallet rider) and support warehouse operations as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a warehouse and/or inventory control environment, including hands-on experience with RF scanning systems.
Experience working with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Produmex WMS, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience operating mobile warehouse equipment, including forklift, reach truck, order picker, and pallet rider, is required.
Previous experience training team members or leading small warehouse projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, with excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform accurate inventory calculations and reconciliations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
