Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at Pepe and Lela's in the heart of our community. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our guests' dining experience by crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to meet health and safety standards.
Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.




Uphold company policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
Assist in training current staff members on bar operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and beverage presentation.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
