Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace
Assist with food handling procedures by supporting the kitchen team in maintaining hygiene standards
Support food preparation activities by ensuring all necessary utensils and equipment are clean and ready for use
Follow proper food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times
Manage waste disposal responsibly,



ensuring recycling and trash removal are handled appropriately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods

Skills
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in food service environments
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including basic food handling and preparation support
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service
Basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively
