Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of French and Italian dishes with consistency, flair, and attention to detail
Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes that meet quality standards
Follow established recipes, portion controls, and food safety guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and stations
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are adhered to at all times
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth meal service and guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including equipment and utensils, to promote safety and efficiency





Requirements
Proven experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting, with specific expertise in French and Italian cuisine preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards in the food industry
Experience in serving guests directly or supporting food service operations is highly desirable
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
Solid understanding of kitchen safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
