Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our newest location in Barrie for Fig & Feta Greek Eatery and Market. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests placing takeout and catering orders, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your passion for guest services and hospitality will shine as you interact with customers, manage orders, and maintain high standards of service in a quick-paced environment.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service during the order-taking process.
Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensuring all details are correct.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of takeout orders.
Package food items securely, maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and specials.
Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding their orders, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area,



ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Experience
Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant environments is a plus.
Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential for effective interaction with guests.
Experience using POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is advantageous but not mandatory.
