Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and enthusiastic Dog Trainer to join our team. If you love working with dogs of all breeds and backgrounds—and enjoy educating and empowering pet parents—you might be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day programs. Make secure groups by matching dog's temperament , energy level and size.
Develop personalized training plans based on dog behavior assessments
Provide guidance and support to pet owners during and between sessions
Maintain transparent and professional communication with clients




Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuing education in dog behavior

Qualifications:
Prior experience as dog care attendant or trainer
Solid understanding of positive reinforcement and fear-free methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, reliability, and a love for all dogs
