Overview
A current Cocktail Lounge/Retro Arcade in the exchange is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food service operations.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
Ensure that all orders are prepared according to the restaurant's standards of quality and presentation.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food preparation, ingredients, and specials.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
Assist with food preparation as needed,



adhering to food safety guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Assist in opening and closing of restaurant

Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
