Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets.

Duties:
Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and upper management
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products
Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
Lead recruiting efforts and conduct training for current hires
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Monitor cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies

Experience:
Proven experience in team management and sales management




Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
Knowledge of retail operations, including buying processes and merchandising
Proficiency in administrative tasks related to store operations
Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
Experience in recruiting and training staff members
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting
