We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assisting with installation projects, performing various labour tasks, and supporting skilled tradespeople to ensure effective project completion. Duties
Assist with the installation of building components such as metal roofing, siding, soffit, facia, eavestrough, decks and fences.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform tasks.
Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a secure and organized work environment
Follow instructions from supervisors or lead tradespeople to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Perform general labour duties including lifting heavy materials,
moving supplies, and maintaining tools and equipment
Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction projects
Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly desirable
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills
Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship in all tasks performed
Must have own vehicle
