We are seeking dedicated experienced individual to join our team as Crew Members(one individual for Cashier and one for grill). As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency within our establishment.
Responsibilities
Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency
Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during shifts
Assist in kitchen operations as needed
Adhere to food safety standards and protocols
Utilize knowledge of the food industry to enhance customer experience
Handle cash transactions responsibly and securely
Implement upselling techniques to increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
Qualifications
Previous experience in fast food restaurant or related roles is must
Proficiency in time management to meet operational demands
Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Understanding of cash handling procedures
Ability to upsell products effectively
Willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Solid focus on delivering outstanding customer service
