Customer Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to introduce available wireless communication solutions and service options
Provide clear and accurate information to support informed customer decisions
Explain mobile devices, data plans, and available service options in simple terms
Support customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency




Present additional service features or accessories when appropriate
Stay informed on wireless service updates and general technology trends
Contribute to team coordination through communication and shared objectives
