What You'll Do

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service throughout the store. Your day may include:
Greeting customers and proactively offering assistance
Responding to customer requests through our Meerby customer assistance system
Helping customers locate products and answer questions
Carrying purchases to customer vehicles (carry-outs)
Retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot
Replenishing merchandise and stocking shelves
Maintaining clean, safe, and organized aisles
Assisting with seasonal merchandising and promotional displays
Supporting various departments as business needs change
Working collaboratively with teammates to ensure excellent customer experiences

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Frequent walking throughout a large retail store
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors while completing carry-outs and cart retrieval
Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
