Join the City of Thunder Bay as a Housekeeping Aide at Pioneer Ridge. This full-time role involves routine cleaning and equipment operation to maintain a protected environment.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor - Environmental Services, you will focus on ensuring a clean, protected, and appealing setting for residents. Utilize various cleaning equipment while safely managing waste according to relevant health standards and participate in the Housekeeping T.Q.M. Program.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute routine and periodic cleaning tasks
Operate cleaning machines like wet-dry vacuums
Handle chemicals and waste safely with compliance
Maintain cleaning records and assist with supply orders
Participate in training and staff meetings

Requirements:
Grade 10 education or relevant experience
Prior housekeeping experience is preferred
Ability to relate to residents courteously
Physically fit for housekeeping duties
Full COVID-19 vaccination proof needed
