We are looking to hire casual Social Service Worker/Community Workers who will provide support and guidance to those who identify as having challenges with their mental health, addictions, homelessness and other factors. You will play an significant role in working with clients and organizations to support long and short term goals. You will be required to complete intakes and document case notes. You will have a passion to work with clients who need support and deliver therapies and informal counselling to those who need this, alongside working with staff to support day to day organizational tasks. We support all of our employees with regular coaching and training options to enhance skills.

We off a pathway for our agency workers to be hired directly with our partners that we work with.
