Automotive experience or automotive schooling (required)
Previous experience working at a rapid oil change/fast lube (minimum 1 year)
Mechanically inclined
A strong desire to learn more about cars
Strong customer service skills
Ability to retain detailed product information
Customer service, retail or hospitality experience
An ability to work with others in a team
Ability to work weekends

A trained Lube Technician works directly on cars and with customers to provide warranty approved service and maintenance.

You would be expected to perform:
Oil and filter changes
Checking and replacing other car fluids. Examples include changing transmission fluids,



engine coolant, differential fluid, brake fluids and more.
Performing basic vehicle inspections
Replacing air filters, cabin air filters, serpentine belts, fuel filters.
Performing basic tune-ups
Rotating, mounting and balancing tires
Light mechanical repairs, etc.
