Position Overview

The role of the Food and Beverage Server is to ensure that the guest receives the best possible service.

Job Functions
Provide food and beverage service to the customer.
Perform cash out functions at the end of each shift.
Keep work areas clean and tidy.
Maintain skilled appearance.
May be required to perform opening or closing duties.
Assist in the responsible beverage service of guests.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and respect.
Inform Supervisor of any complaints.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a Food and Beverage Server.
Experience in a high volume beverage service environment.
Experience in a busy setting an asset.
Proficient in front office applications of POS.

Working Conditions
Rapid paced, multi-unit, highly demanding, support department.
