310T Licensed Mechanic needed for our recent office opening in Ottawa, Ontario. Own tools will be required. Its a full-time prospect to maintain and repair our fleet of Sweepers, Water Trucks, Dump Trucks, Live Bottom Trailers and Snow Plows.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine heavy-duty truck inspections in yard with Mobile unit.
Diagnose mechanical problems
Repair vehicles including engines, HVAC, brakes, frame, steering, suspension, tires, wheels, drive train as well as electrical system components.

Qualifications




Min 2 years experience as a diesel mechanic
310T License required
Class G Driver's License with clean abstract to be provided
You possess knowledge of all vehicle systems and have the skills and technical abilities to effectively diagnose repairs and identify recommendations for maintenance.
Strong attention to detail will ensure driver satisfaction. You take pride in performing maintenance and repairs in an productive and professional manner.
You are able to work independently or as part of a team, versatile with proven ability to multitask.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in winter works operation is an asset.
