Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where technical expertise and problem-solving skills are highly valued. The position requires a strong mechanical knowledge base, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems and recommend solutions




Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and protected for team members
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules

Qualifications
Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar maintenance role
Solid mechanical knowledge across various systems and machinery
Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience using power tools safely and effectively
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
Strong commitment to safety procedures and practices
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus

Pay: $23.76-$35.00 per hour
