We are searching for an Industrial/OEM Sales Manager who can set the cadence for a team of Industrial Account Managers — someone disciplined in coaching, reviewing plans & metrics, and keeping the team on plan and ensuring they meet their goals. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of successful sales leadership, business planning and execution within a technical setting. .

What you’ll be doing
You will own the budget for OEM/Industrial sales in your territory
Responsible for driving sales culture and market share growth of the Industrial/OEM and Institutional business
Ensures profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of Account Managers. Sets objectives, strategies and sales plans to improve short and long-term sales earnings
Drive a culture of sales, customer retention, new business,



and customer acquisition strategies within team
Recruit, train, and motivate team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts

What you bring to the table
10 years Sales Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience technical sales staff
Solid experience with Sales Operations, Vendor Relations and Talent Management
Demonstrates Sales Acumen through influence, negotiation, and closing deals
Capacity to analyze sales data, market trends, and business performance
Strategically minded with robust presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
Strong technical knowledge and solid understanding of the Industrial/OEM markets
Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
Post-secondary education in an Electrical related discipline
Experience with CRMs
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
