Job Summary
A server attends to customers before, during and after their meal by helping them select, place, receive and pay for their order. They ensures the food is delivered to Cora standards, in a timely manner. They checks on the tables regularly to ensure the customer’s needs are exceeded.

Duties
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and drink orders
Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
Does suggestive selling in a manner that betters the customer’s experience
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Executes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks

Qualifications




Knowledge of food safety regulations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
Attention to detail with cleanliness.
Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
