We are looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily restaurant operations and team leadership.
Coach, train, and develop Front of House team members.
Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns.
Support scheduling, inventory, food safety, and labour management.
Help achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
Maintain Brand standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant management experience.




Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain).
