Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard in Sudbury

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the setting, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.

As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Position type: Full-time

Location: Garson, ON

Schedule: Continental Rotational (two weeks days and two weeks nights)
Week #1: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays;
Week #2: Sundays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Shift timings:
Day rotation: 07:00 - 19:00
Night rotation: 19:00 - 0700

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard in Sudbury
Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity




Check identification and control access to secure areas
React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
Partner with law enforcement during responsible incidents

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard in Sudbury
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification required
Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
Ability to get credentials like AVOP and RAIC
A valid Ontario Driver's Licence - Class G2 or G with a clean driver's abstract
