We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling prospects.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.

Skills
Proven experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is an advantage.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
