What You’ll Be Doing
Base prep and compaction
Placing and tying rebar
Preparing and setting up formwork
Placing and finishing concrete to a high standard
Repairing and patching existing surfaces
Collaborating with the team to keep the workflow efficient and the job site clean
What We’re Looking For
Reliability is #1: You must show up every day, ready to work.
Transportation:
Having your own vehicle is highly preferred.
Precision: An eye for detail is essential for decorative work.
Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Experience: Previous experience in concrete finishing or carpentry is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right attitude!
