We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding on a variety of metal components while ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on steel and other metal materials according to drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders.
Prepare, fit, align, and assemble metal parts prior to welding.
Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all health and safety procedures.
Perform minor equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues.




Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication workplace.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Robust knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication processes, and safety practices.
Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding setting.
CWB certification is considered an asset but is not required.
