Position Overview

We’re hiring Bakers. Experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake products including pies, cookies, and scones




Follow recipes carefully to ensure consistent quality
Work both independently and with a team to meet daily production goals
Stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Contribute to a clean workspace (dishes, sweeping, mopping, general upkeep)

Requirements
Strong work ethic and dependability
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Ability to lift up to 20 kg
Availability for early mornings, weekends, and evenings
Ability to stay focused and productive during physically active shifts

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Previous baking or kitchen experience
Food Protected certification
