Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Site Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Stoney Creek, ON. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who can take charge of daily site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and help deliver commercial construction projects safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

As the Commercial Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role on active job sites, working closely with Project Managers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and trades. This opportunity offers a stable management-level role with solid compensation, practical work tools, and a supportive project environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion.
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Monitor project schedules, site progress, workmanship, quality standards, and deficiencies.




Ensure compliance with OHSA requirements, Ontario Building Code standards, and company safety policies.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, inspections, and site logistics.
Maintain accurate site documentation, daily reports, deficiency tracking, and communication with project stakeholders.

Compensation and Perks
Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
Direct hire opportunity.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Must be flexible to work shift work, weekends, and evenings if needed.
