Latina Landscapes & Maintenance is hiring a skilled Construction Foreman to lead projects and crews.

$35–$40/hour (based on experience)

Winter: on-call snow crew with monthly retainer

About the role:
You’ll lead landscape construction projects from start to finish—coordinating crews, operating equipment, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on site. Going into an snow operator for snow season.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside crew on construction projects (excavation, grading, retaining walls, hardscape, planting, irrigation)
Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator,
trencher, etc.)
Read plans and execute work to spec
Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment
Coordinate daily tasks and track crew hours
Ensure site safety and train crew members
Requirements:
Landscape construction experience (foreman/lead hand preferred)
Strong equipment operation skills
Ability to read drawings and manage job sites
Knowledge of BC safety regulations
Valid, clean driver’s license (required)
