Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the Micros POS system efficiently to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly.
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
