This role includes providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring high-quality client service. Your expertise will support process improvements and enhance team performance through effective feedback and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Personal Lines Account Managers effectively
Coach and mentor team on business issues
Analyze and improve workflows and procedures
Monitor service levels and provide feedback
Assist in staff selection and performance evaluations

Requirements:
Level 2 Alberta Insurance License mandatory
5 years’ experience in an Insurance Brokerage
Leadership experience in performance management
Familiarity with Applied Systems (Epic)
Additional insurance licenses are beneficial
