Responsibilities:
Operate production line equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Assemble products and components according to company specifications and procedures.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and identify defects or inconsistencies.
Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
Perform basic equipment checks and assist with routine maintenance activities.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Accurately complete production records, logs, and documentation.
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to balance physical tasks with office work.
Solid attention to detail and quality.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily.




Willingness to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus.

Bonuses:
Annual Performance Bonus
$50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
$25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
$15,000 bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
$5,000 bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full-time, exclusive & live in the area)
$1,000 bonus for each successful location you find

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
