Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly
Maintain cleanliness of high-touch surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met and upheld
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash liners to ensure continuous availability
Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injurie.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies
Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality in all tasks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
Positive physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance procedures and safety standards is advantageous
Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions accurately
Reliable with a positive attitude dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
