Position Summary

The Junior Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Manager by assisting with daily sales activities, client communications, and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
Respond to client inquiries and follow up as directed.
Maintain accurate client records and update the Sales database.
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
Work with hotel departments to ensure client needs are met.
Prepare basic sales reports and presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications
Previous Front Desk or guest service experience in a hotel is preferred.
Administrative or marketing experience is an asset.




Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.

Requirements:
2 years hotel sales experience
Related degree preferred
Fully bilingual (English and French). Other languages preferred
Knowledge of Opera, ONQ, Lanyon, Cvent, Concerto or TARS would be an asset
