T&T; Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 37 stores across the country: 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 14 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more current stores in the next couple of years.

The Opportunity

The Merchandising Administration Assistant is responsible to provide assistance and support to the Buyers and the team by coordinating closely with other internal departments and extern suppliers from local and overseas, generating and analyzing performance data / reports, following up on various project timelines, actions required, marketing POPs and other matters related to products in given category.

You Will
Perform data maintenance and ensure data integrity; create reports as required.
Provide administrative support to the team by working closely with the buyer, shipping, and warehouse departments in data maintenance, promotion maintenance, deliveries, pick-up schedules, and verifying product information such as UPC, packing, and size.
Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the manager.

You Should Have / Be
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.




With hands-on experience in provide administrative support in a fast-paced commercial setting is required.
Proficient in using Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple assignments promptly and accurately.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.
