Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced (must have 5+years experience in a busy restaurant) evening line cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The line cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all food safety standards are met during evening shifts.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout the shift
Follow food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation
Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Have food handlers certificate
Able to work Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday night till close.

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is required
Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food handling safety standards
Experience working in a fast-paced setting with high-volume meal preparation
Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
Solid understanding of serving protocols and customer service excellence is a plus
Great friendly & polite attitude
Ability to communicate in English fluently

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
