Skills at Work is an 8-week virtual youth employment readiness and personal development program designed to help young people build practical life skills, workplace readiness, and meaningful career pathways.

Throughout the program, participants will:
Develop life and employability skills
Receive mentorship and career guidance
Gain hands-on work experience
Connect with employers and industry specialists
Explore future education and employment opportunities
Top-performing participants may also receive paid landscaping employment opportunities after successfully completing the program.
