Labourer needed for a climate controlled, year-round, indoor farm.

The Ideal Applicant:
Is looking to take on some part time work, for 2 - 3 days per week
Is a highly self-motivated individual with customer service and team building attributes.
Must have own means of transportation to and from work
Must be physically able to do some heavy lifting (~50 lbs) and repetitive tasks, as well as standing for long periods
Must enjoy working both In & Outdoors, and be able to work under a multitude of conditions
Will maintain a steady and calm demeanor in periods of high volume and production
Demonstrates integrity, honesty, solid values, and a positive attitude
Contributes to a positive team workplace
Communicates clearly, brings an ownership mentality to the business and commitment to operational excellence.




Must be legal to work in Canada
Some experience preferred but not required, as training will be provided

This position would be a great fit for a semi-retired individual.

Duties of the Indoor Farm Labourer include but are not limited to:
planting and watering of crops
other general farm duties and greenhouse cleanup
cutting and packaging of crops
